  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • India: 2–5 business days

    • International: 5–7 business days (varies by country and customs clearance)

  • All payments for shipping and orders are processed securely through Razorpay & PayPal ensuring a safe and smooth checkout experience.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by Hinddastkar.

  • You will not be charged any additional fees at the time of delivery.

  • The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay — no hidden costs.

  • We handle the entire customs clearance process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

  • In rare cases, delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs processing in the destination country.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

  • Hinddastkar is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
