We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer an easy and worry-free return process.

You can return a product if:

  • It’s in original condition, unused and unwashed

  • It has all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made it super easy:

  1. Email us at support@hinddastkar.com with your Order Number and the reason for return

  2. We’ll respond quickly—usually within 24 hours—with simple return steps

  3. Pack the item securely, and use the return instructions we provide

  4. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund quickly—no questions asked

What if I Received a Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Item?

If something isn’t right—damaged, defective, or incorrect product—please don’t worry.

  • Send us a photo at support@hinddastkar.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll immediately arrange a full refund.

  • No return needed in most cases!

We take full responsibility for any errors from our side.

Refunds That Are Fast and Fair

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item

  • Refunds will go directly to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)

  • We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been processed

If there’s any delay, we’re just one message away from resolving it.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Your trust means everything to us. If you receive:

    • The wrong product

    • A damaged item

    • Or a defective product

    We kindly request that you record a short unboxing video at the time of opening your package. This helps us process your claim faster and ensures complete transparency.

  • Please make sure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the issue with the product.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size or color), the customer will be kindly requested to:

      • Pay for the return shipping

      • Ensure the product is safely packaged and shipped back to us
